Castlegate Investment Services Limited (“Castlegate”) is a British Virgin Islands (“BVI”) based company offering fund administration and offshore fund directorship services to the international financial community.
Domiciled and physically located in Road Town, BVI, CISL is regulated and licensed by the Investment Services Division of the BVI Financial Services Commission.
The Directors of Castlegate are Niall Brooks and Roger Dawes both of whom have many years of knowledge and experience in the offshore financial, fund administration and corporate services industry.
